TERMS OF SERVICE

Auto Acoustics are committed to protecting your privacy.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the IMRG Code.

The IMRG code of practice

The imrg Code sets out basic standards for e-retailing. It is a manifestation of the imrg Members' collective effort towards establishing high industry standards that provides a meaningful point of reference and workable guidelines for e-commerce merchants and facilitators. The imrg Code is also the benchmark used by imrg and its Members to facilitate self-regulation of the e-retail market: imrg reserves the right to measure the service of any e-retailer against the imrg Code, not just those who voluntarily comply with it, and to take appropriate action in order to protect the industry.

Your Information

We only collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent and we do not give your details to any other organisations.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The only type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the IMRG Code. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

1. Site Security. When you order from Auto Acoustics website you will be directed to Shopcreator, Our secure server supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Data you enter into the forms is encrypted before it is sent across the Internet between your web browser and our web server. This is a very secure system for handling credit-card transactions, and provides the greatest security. Shopcreator Ordering uses Verisign Certification to validate all SSL transactions. This certification ensures that any order that is sent can ONLY be decrypted and read by Shopcreator and Auto Acoustics, and not any other party.Our server uses Secure Sockets Layer. SSL creates a secure "layer" between your browser program and your Internet connection. When you order goods on our site you will see a small padlock that appears at the bottom right of your browser's window. By clicking on this padlock you can see our digital certificate information guaranteeing the identity of the page. SSL also encrypts data and verifies that it was not altered between your computer and our server. There has never been a breach of security reported using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. 2. Dispatch Policy. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 14-21days. If we are unable to despatch your order within 14-21days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

3. Prices,Tax & Delivery. The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated.
The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

5. Cancellation and Returns. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract within 7 days of receipt, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation, we will arrange collection of the goods at our cost if the goods are of faulty manufacture, if you decide to cancel the order for reasons other than faulty goods, we reserve the right not to refund the cost of return. The information on how to cancel is shown in our Cancellation Form that will be sent with the goods, together with the postal details of where to return the goods. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.

6. Colours. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

7. Confidentiality. All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

8. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

9. Jurisdiction. The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

10. Consumer Rights. None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

11. Complaints . We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 2 working days and will inform you of the progress of the complaint throughout it's duration.
Email us and we will deal with your complaint as soon as we can.

12. Company Information . Auto Acoustics is the trading name of Cnc-it Ltd, which is a company incorporated in England and Wales and registered under company number 4008628.

13. Acceptance of Terms Of Service. Auto Acoustics maintains this web site (the "Site") for your personal use and information. Your access to and use of the Site is subject to the following Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. Autoacoustics.com may at any time revise these Terms of Service by updating this page. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms of Service. By accessing and/or using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by these Terms of Service and any modifications hereto. autoacoustics.com may, in its sole discretion, immediately terminate your right to use the Site if it finds that you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service or if it believes, in its sole discretion, that you have in any way abused your right to use the Site. Auto Acoustics shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any claim or cause of action arising out of such termination.

14. Site Modifications. Auto Acoustics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice to you. Auto Acoustics also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to impose limits on certain features and services and to restrict access to any part or to all of the Site without notice to you. Auto Acoustics shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claim or cause of action arising out of Auto Acoustics's exercise of the foregoing rights.

15. Privacy Policy. Your use of the Site is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy. Third-party web sites linked to the Site, including but not limited to our advertisers' sites, if any, do not fall under the terms of our Privacy Policy. You should refer to those sites' own privacy policies to learn how they collect and use information about you if we decide to use third party sites.

16. General Disclaimer. While Auto Acoustics uses its best efforts to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the Site, it does not warrant or represent that the Site will always function or be error-free. Auto Acoustics assumes no liability or responsibility for errors or omissions in the Site or for problems with its functioning. Your access and use of the Site are at your own risk. Neither Auto Acoustics nor any other party involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering the Site shall be liable for any damages to or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to or use of the Site or your downloading of any material, information or software from the Site.

17. Linked Websites. The Site may contain links to third party web sites. Auto Acoustics does not control and is not responsible for the contents or privacy policies of any linked site or of any link contained in a linked site. Auto Acoustics provides these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Auto Acoustics of the site. Access to any linked site and participation in any activity or transaction on any linked site, including promotions sponsored by Auto Acoustics's advertisers, are at your own risk.

The trademarks, service marks and logos shown on the Site (collectively, the "Marks"), including Auto Acoustics, Stealth-Shelf, and StealthBoXz are registered trademarks of Auto Acoustics, in the United Kingdom. Other parties' trademarks and service marks may also appear on the Site. You may not use the Marks or third parties' trademarks without the prior written permission of Auto Acoustics, or the applicable third party owner. Auto Acoustics, will enforce its intellectual property rights to the maximum extent possible.
